Online Utility Payment

Welcome to the online bill pay, the easiest way to pay your utility bill!  

The City of Mangum has contracted with our accounting software management firm Tyler Technologies to provide this service for you to be able to create an account, to access your bill online and pay from a secure website, right from your own home.  

To begin just open the file below (registration instructions), and follow the instructions to create your own access to the online bill pay.  To create an account you will need your Mangum Utility Account number (Located in the upper right portion of your monthly utility bill), and the amount paid on your last bill, if you are not sure about the amount paid on your last bill, feel free to contact us at (580)782-2250, we are happy to help get you set up!

** Please note when paying online, payments will not reflect the account for up to 48hrs (business days). Paying online on the Due Date, Door Knocker Day, OR Penalty Day does NOT exclude you from Late fees or Disconnection. Please call the office for other payment options if you have concerns.

NOTE:  There is a $2.00 credit card fee for processing online.  To pay with a credit card in City Hall the processing fee is 3.00%
